Reservation and Non-Refundable Deposit Policy
If a time slot shows "not available" during online booking, it means that the class has reached its maximum capacity, but it may not be fully booked. In such cases, please consider choosing a different course, time slot, or reducing the number of participants. For groups larger than 8 people, please contact us via email.
Additionally, our deposit/fee is non-refundable. Customers can reschedule, change the class, or transfer their reservation to a friend or family member. Thank you for understanding！
